I can help you meet your hardest to reach goals.
Yes, even the goal that you’ve tried to conquer for years but get stuck in the same spot every time.
Even the goal that seems impossible because the changes that you need to make feel impossible.
Do you know all of the things that you need to change to meet your goal, but haven’t quite figured out how to make the changes stick? I can help.
Change is hard. You don’t have do to it alone.
Relational Approach
My relationship with you is critical to the change process. I strive to show up in every counseling relationship in a genuine, empathetic, and nonjudgemental way. I will walk alongside you in this process, holding space to explore challenges, celebrate wins, and provide continuous accountability and support.
Support for Change
I’ve been supporting others in their experience with making changes since college in my work as an RA, supporting students’ adjustment to college. Since then, I have supported change in a variety of settings from college counseling centers to residential drug and alcohol treatment programs. I know that change is hard and I have the tools to offer you in support.
Holistic Focused
I am uniquely experienced to provide a true holistic approach to your diet, lifestyle, and health work. I am a licensed mental health professional and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (candidate). I have advanced training in trauma and am competent in addressing underlying trauma that pertains to your health, lifestyle, and relationship with food.
Personal Experience
I am continuously doing my own work in making adjustments in my diet and other areas of my life to support my wellbeing and health. As a self-identified perfectionist and overachiever, for years I felt like I was functioning at my best when I was stressed, busy and overwhelmed. After being diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disorder, I began to develop an understanding of the role that stress and diet played in my health challenges. I have since been working towards my own goals in managing stress and health through making changes in my diet and lifestyle (not perfectly!).
